The very best friends know when to listen and when to speak... and when to simply raise an eyebrow and sip their coffee. This card is hand-set in two different typefaces designed by Lucian Bernhard, 24pt Berhnard Gothic and 14pt Bernhard, and paired with an antique printing block.
Each card is printed by hand, one impression at a time, and some variation in the final print is a normal part of the letterpress process.
Printed on Flurry cotton scored stock from Boxcar Press, the paper has a soft, substantial feel that beautifully holds the impression of the type.
Each card is paired with a shimmery espresso-colored Euro flap envelope from Paperworks, a local paper company here in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
